The App is simple and works for most part. Sometimes it throws out an Error Message and you have to start all over. Worst thing however is that is does not keep you personal data, you have to enter everything all over and over again. There is no "profile" function and no "my bookings" overview. It is just another interface to the regular booking site. Also it does not allow copy&paste in fields like phone number and creditcard number. Therefor no reason to install this app as it does not bring any benefit towards the regular booking webpage.

The app keeps saying no flights available on the date selected. But if I search via the website there are flights available.

Option to login to account and modify bookings.

It is very difficult to even book a flight on the app. Ive even heard of others try for the whole day to no avail. Also, when a promo comes up, it doesnt even show up when you are trying to secure the dates. After all has been said and done, your chances of booking are better if you just go to the office. Might as well not have an app. Hope you guys make upgrades soon....

No stars but it wont push through so heres one star. Tried saving my boarding pass in my iPhone but I couldnt even find my booking since the app cant find my booking reference. I hope that they improve this. Ive had better experiences with the app of Cathay.

Its great to see a great improvement from the app since this was established, I see that you guys are already starting to use the "Push Notifications" for current promos and you have also improved a lot by putting the promotions page from the main screen so that users of the app will be able to easily check it prior to booking an itinerary, thats wonderful. I was hoping you can improve the app even more by having an option to sign in to an account and pull up previous bookings just like any other airline app, I believe this will be very helpful, try considering this on your future releases.

After interring passport details the app is stuck there. Impossible to proceed the check-in. This app has been made by a novice developer...

This App booked our flights for the wrong dates. I called less than one minute after the flight was confirmed when I noticed on your confirmation page that the date was incorrect. The agent claims that theres nothing she could do and if I wanted to change the flights to the correct date (the next day with the exact flights and times) the want to charge me on top of what I already paid an additional PHP28,000 because the change fee is over PHP16,000 plus the fare difference. Who in their right mind would do that especially when it was not my fault that the date was incorrect. To me it feels like a scam you book flights for the wrong dates and then charge extra (more than the original ticket) to make more money. I just tried your app again and it is still doing the same thing so there is something wrong with your app.

This app is not as great as what the advertise says. It needs a better looking app for ipad. It looks a giant calculator for ipad. When i chose the specific date flight, for example, Jan. 20 it goes back by one day, Jan. 19. Theres a major glitch there. For their desktop website, it takes a lot of time before it loads the next page, which my internet is super high speed internet, for example, booking flight. And it doesnt accept american express credit card!! It doesnt give you an option wether i need an insurance or not. Your only option there is to buy the insurance which cost you more.

This app is pretty much useless. It allows you to check in or purchase a new ticket but thats it. It doesnt even have the basic functionality to allow you to add luggage, select/change seat selection or view flight information (arrival & departure info). Good thing its a FREE app.

If youre booking with this app, make sure you check your dates when proceeding to the payment section or itll make a mess you up with your flight dates.

Please add previous and next day functionality

The app is neat and works fast. You can do booking and check in right within the app One area of improvement though will be the addition of an area where you can see the currently checked in flight aside from just saving it to camera roll. It would be better if this will be the only app needed while inside the airport. Better yet, Passbook integration would be much appreciated.

Autocorrect will mess up your itinerary. If you enter Smi and autocorrect sees that you want to type Smith and corrects it the booking will only read Smi. Dont use this in any time zone other than the Philippines since I used it in Hawaii and my dates were 1 day off what I selected. Customer service is AWEFUL and wanted to charge me over ₽1100 to change a ticket that cost ₽488 originally. I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company as their phone support was rude and unhelpful.

Waste of time. Persistent error message on phone number entry blocked my booking. Nothing I entered would satisfy this bug magnet. This program is not ready for release. Shameful, delete!

I love the app

Aside from the other comments for the improvement of the app, it would be practical to have a GetGo login integration so that other bookings can be seen. And for security reasons, kindly add OTP redirection to credit card payments.

Good love this app

This app needs more work. I tried using it to check-in but the app was not able to locate my reservation. I checked several times to make sure the information I was entering was correct. In the end I checked-in using the airlines site.

The developer missed the boat in not implementing the CEB membership username logins. User purchase history will be lost, plus the company is missing out in using valuable browsing behaviour of all users for business analytics.
